Online Safety

Secure Platforms: Use only the approved platforms and tools for communication and collaboration. Ensure your software is up-to-date and that you are familiar with the privacy settings.

Avoid Phishing Scams: Be cautious of unsolicited messages asking for personal information or containing suspicious links. Report any such incidents to the site administrator immediately.

In-Person Event Safety

Follow Venue Guidelines: Adhere to the safety and health guidelines provided by the venue, including any specific COVID-19 protocols.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures at each venue. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the event coordinators and venue staff.

Personal Belongings: Keep your belongings secure and do not leave valuables unattended.
